More work in the kitchen

This is the day we primed the entire kitchen! What alot of work to do yet! Mark is sanding the dry wall patch that we used to smooth out the cracks in the panneling in the hallway. We are repainting that to match the kitchen also. Oh boy, am I anxious to have my kitchen back!!!

King Joey?

Joey was voted homecomming king last week. I thought was pretty cool! He is such a lucky kid.

Kitchen Redo

Thought I would start ripping out wall paper and cleaning my kitchen cupboards today so that I can start priming and painting as soon as possible. We are getting new flooring in our hallway and kitchen in the next few weeks and I have been wanting to start this for quite some time. I thought now would be appropriate since I don't want to be painting when the new flooring is down. Here are some before pics. I will try to post some durring and after pics also.

And finally, this is our Sarah. She is 12 years old. And will be in the 7th grade this year. She will be playing Volley Ball this school year.

This is Joey. He is 18. He is my football player and wrestler. He is a senior this year.

This is our oldest son, Nick. He is 19 years old. He works full time at the same factory that his dad and I do. He is a really great kid. He still lives at home with us and is hoping to drive truck in a year or so.

Welcome to my blog! I don't know why I am doing this. My sister kind of talked me into it. She thinks it will help me figure out what I am really all about. I am a born again Christian. I am married to the best man in the world. (Sorry girls, he's allllll mine) We have 3 teenagers in our home now. (WOW) Lord help me! I work full time in a cabinet factory along with my husband.
I am too pooped to pop most days but, I do have a few moments to share with my family and friends. Hopefully, this will keep me in tune to what God wants for my life.
